Director - Andy Yik

Year of Experience: 30+

Andy’s has more than 30years of experience in Property Development, construction and fitting out works, he has worked in Hong Kong, cities in China including: Shenzhen, Tianjin, Shanghai, Beijing and Harbin. Over the 30 years of his career, started from a technical supervisor to Director and Executive in a public listed company in Hong Kong, Andy had gained experienced in different fields. Being a technical manager in 5 Star hotels and engineering companies, Andy showed his competence in terms of technical knowledge with regards to fitting out works and MEP works. Throughout his career, Andy was the General Manager of several difference companies majoring in property development and construction of different commercial buildings, residential and hotels in Hong Kong and China. Moreover, in 2009 was invited to manage the Angola National Administration Complex Project (Parliament Square) which includes a 13 blocks building complex before he was invited to join a subsidiary of a Hong Kong listed company which provides and development CBM energy resources in China as a General Manager.

Andy’s solid technical experience and in managing as a senior member in various large companies allows him to not only provide technical support internally to our project teams, but also give valuable opinions to our clients leading to a more successful project.

易錫元先生 多年來從事企業項目發展和管理,他曾在香港及中國多個城市工作,包括深圳,天津,上海,北京,哈爾濱,他擁有超過30年的經驗,從技術主管到在上市公司出任高級管理人員,並在不同領域上都有著卓越的表現。並在領域不同的工程公司及五星級酒店內任職技術主管充份強化他本身在工程上的經驗。在他的職業生涯中都在不同的地產發展商及工程公司中擔任管理層的要職,完成了各項商業及住宅的地產發展項目。在2009年間,應邀請在非洲安哥拉首都“羅安達”管理項目包括13座建築物的“國家行政管理中心”大型政府工程,其後便回香港出任能源公司的要職,負責發展中國市場的煤層氣項目。

易錫元先生的豐富工作經驗不但能帶領我們的專業管理團隊,亦能為客人提供寶貴意見,將會令工程項目的各方面更順利完成。

 

Project Director

Responsible for overall monitoring and control of all ongoing projects activities

Project Manager

Our Project Department consists of project managers that are experienced in project execution for all kinds of fitting out works, and has successfully delivered projects ranging from executive driven projects in Gaming Hall in Casinos, Hotels and Resorts, F&B, Residential Villas, Retail Shops and Commercial Buildings projects, they will also be responsible for but not limited to the following tasks listed below:

  • Customer contact and communications
  • Planning, implementation of project program, time management and construction methodology
  • Responsible for creation, review & follow up all RFIs, submittals etc.
  • Coordination with all trade subcontractors / designers / landlord to ensure the design intent is properly implemented
  • Approval process from clients and designers
  • Quality monitoring and control
  • Workmanship checking and control
  • Monitor QS processes & value engineering
  • Handle all contractual matters

Project Coordinator

Responsible for all Project coordination activities, such as: -

  • Coordination with trade contractors to ensure proper implementation of their works in a timely manner
  • Site access and tradesman permit control
  • Checking progress against program for individual trades
  • Resolve site conflicts
  • Control of material delivery and storage
  • Documentation control
  • Control of daily documents including daily reports
  • Coordination and preparation of detailed working drawings and submittals
  • Progress reports / weekly reports

項目協調員

Site Manager

An experience Site Manager will be deployed to oversee installation works and progress: -

  • Checking installations conforming to design intent drawings
  • Conduct routine site inspection in checking workmanship of individual trade
  • Control of site materials, including delivery and storage
  • Report and coordinate all site queries to Project Managers
  • Coordination of site progress with all sub-contractors and suppliers

駐工地經理

派駐經驗豐富的工地現場經理,將管理和監督安裝施工工作和進展:

  • 檢查核實有關設計施工的圖紙工作計畫安裝
  • 進行現場檢查各項目的工程安裝
  • 現場材料的控制,包括運輸流程,物料和貯存
  • 報告和協調所有的項目查詢
  • 協調,監管理所有供應/分包商的現場施工進度

Design Team

All drawings with the technical input from Consultants, the Project Coordinator will be prepared by the Design Team. This arrangement is always flexible and efficient in meetings sometimes critical requirement. Major tasks shall be:

  • Preparation of detailed drawings for the consultants / clients’ approval
  • Elaboration and clarification of design details
  • Preparation and monitoring of drawing submission schedules
  • Preparation of As-built drawings

設計團隊

跟進所有由設計顧問圖紙的技術規範,根據工程項目的設計,協調有關各不同專業的設計團隊安排會議,協調,並提出具有靈活性和高效關鍵性的設計和計畫求。主要任務:

  • 與项目各有關顧問/客戶溝通,按已批准的詳細圖紙製備詳細的施工圖紙
  • 分析設計細節闡釋與確認
  • 圖紙提交審批計畫,計畫預備和監測
  • 工程项目的竣工圖繪製

Administration Office

An administrator office will be assigned to handle all administration matters in the projects responsible for documentations. With the support of the Procurement Division, monitor and control the timing of procurement and delivery of equipment / materials on site, arrangement of logistics in meeting the planned project requirement.

行政辦公室

行政管理人員將負責處理所有工程項目的行政事務工作。協調採購部,監控和控制設備的採購和計畫交付的時間,在工地現場,物流安排必須要按項目計畫安排妥當。
